Warranty
During the warranty period, if any problem, we will make every effort to provide you with satisfactory services. To ensure you receive your full product warranty benefits, please read the following parts carefully:
1. Warranty Period:
The warranty period for custom watches is 2 years for the movement and 1 year for the rest part from the date of delivery. We can repair the defective part for free and stand half of the freight.
2. Warranty Range:
All products are sold by A BESTTIME WATCH CO., LTD in the warranty period, all of the defective products must be returned to the factory to be repaired or replaced.
3. Warranty policies are as follows:
- The repairing time for warranty period products depends on the extent of the products’ damage. The maintenance period is a goal not a promise and certain special products may not apply to this maintenance period.
- For the products that need to be replaced within the warranty period, A BESTTIME WATCH CO., LTD will replace them with products that have the same specifications, and the replacing products have the same rights as the original products;
4. The warranty range doesn’t include the following：
- Do not repair failures caused by physical damage, improper operation, unauthorized changes to the product, or attempt to repair, lightning or other natural or manmade disasters.

From Concept to Design

3D Modeling for Timepieces
Whether it is needed for fine-tuning the engineering and design of a timepiece or for marketing use, 3D watch modeling is now crucial in watch manufacturing.
A watch concept always starts with a 2D design. This is the first and essential step where most design details are defined. Then our designer team will work closely with our engineering team to turn the 2D into the 3D.
The 3D design modeling is critical as it ensures that the design can realistically be manufactured. The usability, readability of time, and overall “feel” of the watch can “virtually” be confirmed in less than a week.
Fast Prototyping of Watches
Even though 3D modeling and 3D rendering are mature and essential tools, the feel of an object in your hands or the watch case on your wrist is still relevant.
We recommend using a 3D printer, or CNC to make the object
3D printing a watch gives you a good fill of the volume on the wrist of the watch. It’s time and cost-effective. CNC is made by a machine that will shape a piece of metal into the watch case. Then the watch will be manufactured as usual. It’s the closest to the real thing.
A 3D printing prototyping can be done in a week and a CNC prototyping can be done in a month.
Production
The production of watches is divided into four parts, as below:
- Watches Parts Processed
Watch cases, dials, hands, and bands will be quality checked strictly one by one before assembly and taken pics for customer checking to make sure everything is under control. - Assembly Watches
Once all individual parts are qualified, the assembly will begin at the clean room. - Final QC
We will be having the final quality checking after the watches complete the assembly, including visuals, functions, battery, water resistance and so on. - Packing
We offer two packing options for our customers. Free packing or Customized your own Watch Box.
Delivery & Shipping
Once the customers process with the balance payment, we will send off the goods by air express or by plane or by sea, decided by the customers. We ship goods worldwide by DHL / TNT / UPS / EMS / FedEx / Aramex, etc. It would take about 3-7 days depend on different courier you choose. Default courier is DHL(door to door). The cost mostly depends on the final choice for the watches models, packing and shipping method, for sure we will recommending the most economic one for you.
After-Sale Service
All the goods would be 100% inspected before shipment. Any problems that you find after receiving the goods, please contact us immediately for solutions. We provide 1 year warranty for the customize watches and 2 years for the movement from the date of delivery. We can repair the defect part for free and stand half of the freight.
